Shopping Day!!

Wow can you believe this month is over mommy can't? ! Today mommy and I met up with Nana, Aunt Ellen and Sophia at the mall to do dome shopping. Mommy bought her some shorts and bought me a couple outfits for next winter and a bathing suit for this summer. After the mall we went and ate at O'Charley's then we were off to Kohl's. We saw lots of cute outfits for me but mommy was good and didn't buy anything else.
After we were done shopping we went and saw Aunt Drea at her work for a little while, then went to Pawpaw's to check on him. While we were there my Aunt Sara Beth came over and brought Aaden so that Omi could see him finally.

Omi's birthday

Today is Omi's birthday so we went to dinner to celebrate. This morning mommy and I went to get Pawpaw and took him to the mall for his daily walk and to buy presents for Omi. We went to Apple bee's to eat but when we got there mommy went to get the diaper bag and realized she forgot it at home in the driveway. Daddy wasn't very happy because mommy's wallet was in there. Daddy was also upset because he was going to have to go home and get it but luckily he got a hold of Nana and Papaw they were on there way to town so they stopped and picked it up. I also got to see my Grammy today I haven't seen her in almost a month!

Spending some time with Daddy

I woke up this morning to another person in my house in the middle of the night Abbi came over so her mommy and daddy could leave for their cruise. We had fun playing with each other or maybe it was more like Abbi playing with me either way it was fun! After we both had breakfast and got ready we went to Pawpaw's house to check on him and hang out for a while. My Aunt Mandy and Uncle Mike came by too and I got spolied by Aunt Mandy like always. Mommy had to go babysit Carl and Eric Jr. tonight so daddy came and picked me up and we went home to spend to time just the two of us. I like spending time with my daddy we don't spend much with just the two of us usually mommy's home too.

Well mommy decided today that people who have their close in age together must be crazy because as much as she enjoyed Abbi today she could not do that everyday, by the way Abbi is 1 and a half. She said I will for sure be at least two before she has another baby!!!!!!

In case your wondering about Gidget and Nikko here's an update. Nikko learned to climb out of his cage last night so he is now on the move and Gidget does not like it very much. I will try to post some pics tomorrow of me and the puppy.

It's been a slow week...

Well not much has really happened this week. Yesterday Mommy and I met Aunt Dana, Abbi, Heather(mommy's hairdresser) and her little girl for lunch at El Rodeo. After that Mommy and I baby sat Abbi while Aunt Dana went and got a pedicure and manicure for her cruise this coming week. Today mommy went to a party for Usbourne books and bought me 3 books that she can't wait to read to me, she is going to have a party in May so be on the look out for an invitation they have lots of neat books for all ages. Well that's all for know I'm sure I'll have more to say to say after this weekend.

I'm getting big!

Well last night was the first night I slept in my own room in my crib, I had been sleeping in mommy and daddy's room in my playpen. I slept all through the night like always it was no different to me. I think mommy had a harder time then me she was up a lot listening to the monitor. Just another step towards independence for me and another reason for mommy to be a little sad.

My Busy Weekend

Well my weekend stared out pretty calm I spent Friday hanging out with mommy and daddy. Saturday mommy and I met Omi to finish getting wedding decorations for Aunt Mandy, we bought lots of pink flowers that mommy is going to put together. We also went baby shower shopping for Amy, then Omi took me home with her while mommy went home to get ready for a wedding. While at Omi's I went for a walk but I was to fussy to finish, it was my eating time. Mommy came and got me a lot earlier than Omi and I thought she would but that was OK.

Today was our regular Sunday visits with my grandparents. First we went to Nana and Papaws. I had lots of fun playing with them and spoiling my Nana(or maybe she was spoiling me). After that we went to Omi and Pawpaw's house I was sleeping when we got there which was good because I was exhausted and had been fighting it all day!!! Mommy and daddy ate dinner while we were there. After that we came home and I got to go for a walk because the weather was so nice.
Oh yeah, Saturday I found myself in the mirror thats sits in front of my carseat in the car I love to smile and coo at myself its so much fun!!

Spending time with Pawpaw

Addison and I have been very busy this week dad sitting. My dad had open heart surgery on Mar. 11 so I've been going over to try and keep him out of trouble. It has been awesome bonding time for my dad and Addison. He is so cute with her talking and playing with her all the time. I think having Addison around is really helping to keep his spirits up.
Oh and if you didn't hear yet we have another new addition to our family his name is Nikko and is Gidget's (our fur baby) baby boy. He is so sweet and I'm trying not to get attached because he is going to my mom and dad.
